1. Overview of Trua Cloud

Trua Cloud is a secure staging and integration environment operated by Trua, Inc. ("Trua," "we," "us," or "our"). It is designed to allow partners, customers, and authorized users to explore, test, and validate identity claim workflows before deploying them in production.

Trua Cloud is not a production service. It is an integration sandbox where participants can interact with Trua's verification workflows in a controlled, temporary environment.

2. Participatory Testing and Voluntary Use

By using Trua Cloud, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in a staging environment intended for integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and workflow validation.

Your participation helps Trua and its partners validate that identity claim workflows function correctly before they are offered in production. You may be asked to provide sample information, complete test workflows, or review system behavior.

You are free to stop participating at any time. No adverse consequences will result from choosing not to participate or from withdrawing your participation.

3. Information Collected

During your use of Trua Cloud, we may collect:

• Identity information: Name, email address, date of birth
• Employment information: Employer names, job titles, dates of employment
• Education information: Schools, degrees, dates of attendance
• Address history: Current and previous addresses
• Professional credentials: Licenses, certifications
• Attestations and signatures: Electronic confirmations
• Session data: Browser type, access times, IP address

You are only asked for information relevant to the workflow being tested. In a staging context, you may use test data rather than real personal information where appropriate.

4. Purpose of Collection

Information collected in Trua Cloud is used to:

• Validate that identity claim workflows function as designed
• Support integration testing between Trua and partner systems
• Identify and resolve issues before production deployment
• Demonstrate workflow behavior to authorized stakeholders

Information collected in this environment is not used for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond staging and integration validation.

5. Data Handling and Privacy Controls

Even in a staging environment, we apply privacy-protective practices:

• Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
• Access controls: Only authorized personnel and systems can access staging data
• Purpose limitation: Data is used only for staging and integration purposes
• Minimization: Only information relevant to the workflow under test is collected

6. Temporary Data Use and Automatic Termination

All data submitted through Trua Cloud is temporary. Submissions and associated data are automatically terminated after 90 days.

This means:

• No data persists indefinitely in the staging environment
• Test submissions are automatically cleaned up
• You do not need to request deletion — it happens automatically
• If you wish to request earlier deletion, contact support@trua.cloud

7. Authorization and Intended Users

Trua Cloud is intended for:

• Trua partners evaluating integration options
• Customers validating workflow configurations
• Authorized testers participating in UAT
• Trua personnel conducting demonstrations

Access requires an invitation or authorization from Trua. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. No Guarantee of Production Availability

Trua Cloud is a staging environment. Features, workflows, and configurations available in Trua Cloud may differ from production offerings. Participation in Trua Cloud does not guarantee:

• Availability of specific features in production
• Identical behavior between staging and production environments
• Continuity of the staging environment itself

Trua reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Trua Cloud at any time without prior notice.
